Coronavirus Update

Dear valued Mercedes-Benz of Buffalo customers,

As many of you are aware, the growing concern of COVID-19 in our community and beyond is impacting countless local businesses, including our own. On Friday, March 20th, Gov. Andrew Cuomo issued an executive order that requires all nonessential workforces to keep their employees at home in order to increase the health and safety of our community.

As a result, our showrooms are now closed, while our essential service and parts departments remain open with the following revised schedule.

Monday – Friday: 7:30 am to 5 pm
Saturday (Beginning 3/28): 9 am to 2 pm
Sunday: Closed

SALES DEPARTMENT

Our showroom is closed to walk-in customers, but our team is standing by remotely to assist you with your car buying experience, by appointment only. This includes completing the sales process from start to finish, arranging vehicle pick-up and/or delivery, answering any questions you may have about lease agreements, trade appraisals, inventory on our website, pricing, or even placing a custom order on your behalf. You can find individual sales contact information on our website, or simply submit an online sales inquiry for a specific vehicle and a team member will get back to you.

SERVICE & PARTS DEPARTMENT

Since these departments remain open, you may still bring your vehicle through the service drive lanes, however, we ask that you remain in your vehicle until a member of our team comes out to greet you. You also have the option to place your key in the drop box outside of our service department and contact one of our service advisors via phone or email for further assistance.

Be sure to call in advance to inquire about our complimentary pick-up and delivery for service, as well as, any parts orders that you would like brought out to your vehicle upon arrival.

We are committed to providing the same service you have expected from us since 1933. Therefore, we continue to maintain all additional cleaning procedures in the building and with our service loaner vehicles. In addition, we are temporarily placing car washes on hold to decrease the number of staff in and out of your vehicle during service appointments.

When visiting the dealership, we do request that you maintain “social distancing” as advised by the Center for Disease control and other health agencies.

We will continue to monitor the situation daily and will notify customers if any further changes are made to our sales, service, and parts departments. We are here for you and look forward to continuing to serve you in whatever way we can over the coming days and weeks ahead.
