Gov. Andrew Cuomo has initiated the Phase Two Reopening plan for Western New York, which allows our dealership to resume normal business hours. The health and safety of our employees and clients remains a top priority. We will continue to practice social distancing and will limit the occupancy of the dealership to 50% in accordance with reopening guidelines.
Our revised hours of operation are as follows:
Mon – Tue, Thu: 9 am to 7 pm
Wed, Fri: 9 am to 6pm
Saturday: 9 am to 5 pm
While you no longer require an appointment to visit our showroom, you are still welcome to call and schedule one at 716-633-0088. If you are not ready to visit the dealership in person, our team remains available to assist you remotely with your car buying needs. This includes completing the sales process from start to finish, arranging vehicle pick-up and/or delivery, answering any questions you may have about lease agreements, trade appraisals, inventory on our website, pricing, or even placing a custom order on your behalf. You can find individual sales contact information on our website, or simply submit an online sales inquiry for a specific vehicle and a team member will get back to you.
SERVICE & PARTS DEPARTMENT
Monday – Friday: 8 am to 5 pm
Saturday: 8 am to 4 pm
If you bring your vehicle in for service, we do request that you maintain “social distancing” as advised by the Center for Disease control and other health agencies. You also have the option to place your key in the drop box outside of our service department and contact one of our service advisors via phone or email for further assistance.
Be sure to call in advance to inquire about our complimentary pick-up and delivery for service, as well as, any parts orders that you would like brought out to your vehicle upon arrival.
We are committed to providing the same service you have expected from us since 1933. Therefore, we continue to maintain all additional cleaning procedures in the building and with our service loaner vehicles. In addition, we are temporarily placing car washes on hold to decrease the number of staff in and out of your vehicle during service appointments.
We will continue to monitor the situation daily and will notify customers if any further changes are made to our sales, service, and parts departments. We are here for you and look forward to continuing to serve you in whatever way we can over the coming days and weeks ahead.
